Refund Policy.
We stand behind our work. Here's how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Deposits
All projects begin with a 50% deposit. Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of payment if work has not yet begun. After work commences, deposits are non-refundable but credited toward completed milestones.
2. Milestone-based billing
We bill in milestones. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for completed and accepted work only. Any unused portion of your deposit is refunded within 14 days.
3. Satisfaction guarantee
If a delivered milestone doesn't meet the agreed scope, we revise it at no extra cost until it does. If we can't resolve the issue, we'll refund the milestone.
4. Monthly retainers
Retainer plans (SEO, CRO, maintenance) can be cancelled with 14 days written notice. No refunds for the current billing cycle, but no further charges after cancellation.
5. How to request a refund
Email samsoftshopifyagency@gmail.com with your project name and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
